We take the responsibility of making conscious eco-friendly choices in our company as much as we could, because we want to create a better tomorrow for people of our generation and future generations. From building materials to decor-textiles, we do our best to source from sustainable, ethical, and local businesses. Because Malaysia is only at the beginning of our sustainable journey, it is a challenge to be 100% sustainable, so we can only promise to build towards a more sustainable and transparent business.
What we provide are interior design services ranging from idea conception to building, renovating, and curating the space according to your needs and style. Our services covers almost everything for renovation and construction. We also cater to international clients who cannot be present on site during the project, by covering all aspects of the project to 100% completion and ready-to-stay condition. Our Founders, John & Shen
John’s interior design journey started while he was attending university for interior design. Since 2012, John has been active in the industry while working for a local interior design company in Penang Island. In 2015 John started building his own interior design endeavors. Since then, he has built and renovated homes and commercial spaces in Penang and Kedah. With years of experience working with local contractors, John has garnered a team of local talented builders and carpenters.
Shen’s interior design journey started at IKEA after curating a couple homes in Penang, Malaysia. During her time with IKEA, Shen has the privilege to design for several projects for the company including IKEA’s first Mexico store and a sustainable home in Penang. After three years with the company, Shen resigned from her role to start Creature Designs in hopes of making a difference for people within her community through her work.
